Abstract:A leaf vegetable intelligent production system is introduced in this paper, including facility ontology, the nutrient solution heat control system, the environmental control equipment, the intelligent control system, and the supporting facilities (nursery room and product treatment room). Among them, facility ontology is divided into the lighting part and the liquid storage tank; the nutrient solution heat control system is used the thermal stability of water, through the accumulation of large amounts of water to stabilize the root temperature and air temperature; environmental control equipment includes lighting equipment, spray device, CO2 release device, temperature control equipment, ventilation equipment and a coiling device for insulation; the intelligent control system consists of sensors, camera equipment, control box and integrated circuit board. The system makes full use of the low cost advantages of solar greenhouse, the thermal characteristics of water and the thermal stability of the thermal insulation material, through modern seedling raising, the growth cycle is shortened, and the efficient, high-quality and efficient production of leafy vegetables is achieved.
